Our non profit club needed an updated website. I volunteered to steward this, since the former site was last refreshed in 2018. I found through Forbes a recommendation for hosting platforms and from the top 3, I chose WIX. I knew I would need developer help to completely redo our site. WIX made it easy to choose from many developers familiar with the platform. From the beginning, I felt positive about Haywood Digital Marketing. From their first response to my inquiry, all communications have been prompt, friendly, professional. This is a small business which I was more comfortable working with. I found the owner, Al, who was my point of contact to be extremely receptive to my ideas. I didn’t feel he was selling me what he thought we needed, rather he listened intently to our club’s story and worked with me page by page to create something current, fun, approachable, visually appealing and appealing overall to our target audience. He completely demystified the process for me and the feedback from our club members validates the choice I made in using Haywood. We are now working on a more limited basis to ensure I do not mess up all his good work and I keep the site fresh and current. Thanks Al and Team!!! I very much appreciate the collaboration and support as well as the collegial friendship....
